Doors open at 5:00pm
Cocktails, dinner music, elegant dining, dancing and alively auction, all harborside and under the stars! Harborfest is HeartWorks’ only fundraiser. It helps us provide year-round programming for over 250 Pamlico County kindergarten through eighth grade students at no cost to parents. It also helps us to provide mental health counseling to children and juveniles and their families.
