Cocktails, dinner music, elegant dining, dancing and a lively auction, under the stars! Harborfest is HeartWorks’ only fundraiser. It helps us provide year-round programming for over 250 Pamlico County kindergarten through eighth grade students at no cost to parents. It also helps us to provide mental health counseling to children, juveniles and their families.
